The L Family | Ocean City NJ Beach Photographer

This was my last beach session of the summer and boy did I end a great season with a bang! There was once again a chance of storm rolling through and we decided to go for it anyway. I can't tell you how many times I have rescheduled a session due to potential rain to have it end up being beautiful and sunny the day of. That did not happen this time. If you scroll through you can see that the sky started off really blue with some cool clouds and then became so dark and scary looking. After close to 30 minutes we got caught in the most insane storm and were all running for our lives off the beach. I even lost my shoes and had to drive home barefoot and soaked. Next time there is a 50% chance of a crazy storm hitting the beach I will probably opt to reschedule, haha. All the craziness aside, I absolutely love how these photos turned out. The sky is insane and will be a good memory for this family as I am sure they will never forget the weather this day!
